POSITION REPORTS TO:  Project Office Manager

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

BMM is seeking a Project Office Assistant to join our team. The Project Office Assistant will be responsible for a variety of documentation services for customer projects. In support of our Service Delivery department, this position requires exceptional written and oral communication skills and a high level of computer proficiency. Successful candidates are detail oriented, organized, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • High volume document production with extensive review, editing, and formatting to ensure required quality standards are met.
  • Project administration, auditing, and archiving of project records.
  • Internal communication to expedite and ensure timely completion of documents.
  • Analysis of information from multiple sources to complete detailed data entry.
  • Inventory tracking and control within tight deadlines.
  • Provide backup support in other office positions as needed.
  • Effective prioritization of daily activities.
  • On-time delivery of project documentation and letters as well as other related client deliverables as needed.
  • Internal audit and closure of projects.
  • Adherence to security requirements for project software and hardware.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual with experience in translating and editing in target language preferred.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office applications including Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
  • Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of detail and accuracy.

BMM is offering a Project Manager Position to join its office in Barcelona (Spain).  Reporting to the PMO Manager, the role is responsible to act as interface between clients and BMM ensuring that the projects are being delivered in accordance with agreed timelines and within the budget.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure client projects are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Coordinating projects within the Team, running daily meetings and monitoring project progress and scope deviations.
  • Negotiating project deadlines and costs with clients.
  • Providing status reports to clients and BMM Management.
  • Ensure client levels of satisfaction are as high as possible.
  • Ensure that regular meetings are being held.
  • Ensure that best project management practices are being upheld.

REQUIREMENTS 

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager.
  • High level of Slovenian and English (written and spoken) is mandatory
  • Used to work under pressure.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market trends, and target markets.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Generate leads and prospects through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Conduct sales presentations and negotiations with potential clients to secure new business contracts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, psd, security, compliance, and finance, to develop and implement effective business needs.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management regarding business development activities, progress, and results.
  • Stay updated with industry developments, emerging technologies, and market trends to ensure the organization remains competitive.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3 years of relevant experience as Business Development Manager.
  • Market Analysis, Data Analysis, and Salesforce knowledge.

BMM Testlabs (bmm.com), seeks dynamic, meticulous, hardworking Systems Consultants/Test Engineers with a strong technical acumen, to join our innovative Testing Laboratory environment located in Kyalami Business Park, Midrand, South Africa.  These are tests and examinations of gambling hardware and software in accordance with the relevant gambling technical standards and regulations.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES (include, but are not limited to):

  • Ensuring that all tests on the project are carried out.
  • Document all test results, managing all incidents that are raised on the project.
  • Completing projects to agreed deadlines.
  • Accuracy of reports, recommendation letters and status reports.
  • Adhering to BMM’s Project Management procedures and Quality Management System.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or Information Technology Degree or equivalent Diploma, ISTQB Qualification. Preferable Programming languages: C, C++, .Net, JAVA, Linux, SQL.
  • Strong ability on interpretation of technical requirements and applied testing, strong leadership, can work well under pressure.
  • Critical attention to detail, a self-starter, deadline driven, clear communicator.
  • Previous experience in the Gambling industry is advantageous.

  • Be in possession of a valid driver’s license and valid passport and be willing to travel as and when required.
  • Be able to work extended hours where agreed with the company.
