Job Description:

BMM is seeking a qualified and talented individual to join its South American team as the Regional Sales Manager.

Under the direct supervision of the Senior Vice President for Sales and Marketing for Europe and South America, the Sales Manager will be responsible for sales, business development and account management in South and Central America.

Working as a member of the South American sales team, the Sales Manager will be responsible for:

  • Sales and account management for BMM customers in South America – primary focusing on customers and projects in Peru, Colombia, Brazil, and Conosur
  • Attracting new customers and maximizing revenue opportunities
  • Support for sales efforts involving European, US, or Asian customers targeting South and Central America
  • Ensuring customers receive excellent service and are completely satisfied with BMM’s services
  • Contributing to BMM’s market knowledge and understanding of customer requirements
  • Target market segments – Online, Sports Betting, Casino
  • Flexible location within South America – preferred location is within BMM’s Peru Testlab or Panama

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in the Latin American gaming industry
  • Minimum 5 years experience in B2B professional services and/or software sales in the technology industry
  • Extensive relationships with the major players in the gaming industry
  • Excellent communication and commercial skills
  • Analytical abilities to identify high-impact opportunities and objectively evaluate projects
  • Native or fluent business English
  • Ability to travel extensively

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience working in a sales function within a certification Testlab – familiarity with gaming test lab business model and operations
  • Undergraduate or post-graduate business and/or engineering degree
  • Formal sales training courses
