Job Description:

BMM Testlabs, is seeking an experienced product compliance or quality assurance Test Manager who is meticulous, hardworking, process and quality orientated while being innovative. The person will require a strong technical acumen, attention to detail and is deadline driven.

The role will lead, develop and manage designated testing resources in South Africa in order to achieve BMM’s resource and project testing KPI’s and developing the team’s capability for growth objectives.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES (include, but are not limited to):

Supporting, developing and managing the South African technical services testing team members.

Drive the testing and business planning process with key internal stakeholders in order to meet client market deadlines.

Provide technical support, training and leadership to all technical team members, ensure accuracy of testing & reports, recommendation letters & status reports and customer communications.

To ensure effective utilization of all technical resources in all technical teams at all times.

Ensuring the quality of their team/individual’s work by supervising, promoting and enforcing their adherence to BMM’s standards and procedures.

Monitor set KPI’s for achievement and reporting of performance to KPI’s.

Ensure project management, resourcing requirements and staff performance obligations are fulfilled with regard to technical services project delivery. Report and promptly addressing any issues with Management.

Support management team in planning and strategy for the technical staff development, training, resourcing requirements and leave management.

Provide technical support to Sales team for project scoping and attend customer or regulator meetings as required.

Support the ISO accreditation process and testing process / checklist development and any other internal requirements as required by the VP.

Provide comprehensive PSD weekly/monthly PSD reports to Management as required.

Build and prompt company values within technical services team and leading by example.



Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering degree, or National Diploma equivalent, and a minimum of 6 years’ experience in a Test management role are required for this position.

Strong leadership skills and experienced in Staff relations and team culture building.

Technical experience in the Gambling Industry or a similar Technology sector in a Testing Management role would be a distinct advantage.

Be in possession of a valid driver’s license and valid passport and be willing to travel as and when required.

Be able to work extended hours where agreed with the company.
