Travis Foley is the Chief Government and Regulatory Officer at BMM Testlabs, where he leads global quality accreditation, technical compliance, and regulator engagement across more than 500 jurisdictions worldwide. With over two decades of regulatory experience, including nearly 14 years at the Nevada Gaming Control Board, where he rose to Chief of the Technology Division, and more than 12 years in senior leadership at BMM, Foley has been instrumental in advancing international compliance standards, strengthening regulatory collaboration, and guiding the safe adoption of new gaming technologies.

In recognition of his leadership, Foley has been shortlisted for the 2025 Vixio Global Regulatory Awards in the Head of Regulatory Affairs or Government Relations of the Year category. Also in 2025, he was appointed Chair of the Emerging Technology Committee (ETC) of the International Gaming Standards Association. The ETC is a specialized body focused on evaluating transformative technologies within gaming. As Chair, Foley is leading collaborative efforts to provide suppliers, regulators, and operators with clear frameworks, regulatory guidance, and standardization strategies to ensure the safe, efficient, and future-ready implementation of innovative technologies.

Foley holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno. His leadership and strategic oversight have reinforced BMM Testlabs’ reputation as a trusted global partner in product testing, certification, and regulatory assurance, empowering gaming suppliers to meet evolving compliance demands and launch their products globally with confidence.
