Our staff participate in regular team-building and community events, as well events that are ‘just for fun’. In the US office we celebrate birthdays each month with a big birthday cake and we’ve been known to throw a mean karaoke party. Both our US headquarters and the Melbourne office feature a staff café where staff can gather to socialize during breaks, before and after work. During business-hours our staff across the world work in small groups or teams, with a mentoring program for new team members. All our BMMers are encouraged to ask questions and communicate at all levels within the organization. BMM’s working environment is important and our culture is one of hard work, professionalism, expert knowledge and fun!.
