BMM is offering a Business Development Manager position to join its Sales team.  Reporting to the VP of Online Sales, the role is responsible for driving growth and expanding business opportunities for BMM. Their primary objective is to identify and develop new business prospects, build strategic partnerships, and increase revenue streams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market trends, and target markets.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve BMM goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Generate leads and prospects through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Conduct sales presentations and negotiations with potential clients to secure new business contracts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, psd, security, compliance, and finance, to develop and implement effective business needs.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management regarding business development activities, progress, and results.
  • Stay updated with industry developments, emerging technologies, and market trends to ensure the organization remains competitive.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3 years of relevant experience as Business Development Manager.
  • Market Analysis, Data Analysis, and Salesforce knowledge.
  • Communication Skills, Relationship Building, Negotiation Skills, Strategic Thinking, Resilience
  • Fluent English. You are going to work in an international environment.
