Senior Director, Global Math Division- Las Vegas, NV/Remote, Canada
Position reports to: VP of Service Delivery
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
The Senior Director of our Global Math Division will play a crucial role in ensuring the mathematical integrity of various gaming technologies in accordance with jurisdictional regulations and technical standards through the analysis of source code and mathematical analysis. Leveraging your extensive expertise in mathematics and gaming, you will lead a team of professionals dedicated to evaluating, assessing, analyzing, and optimizing mathematical algorithms. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the development and implementation of mathematical models, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying abreast of industry trends to enhance our testing methodologies.
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
The Senior Director of Global Math responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Leadership and Strategy:
- Provide strategic leadership in the development and execution of mathematical testing strategies globally.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align mathematical testing initiatives with overall company goals.
Team Management:
- Lead and manage a team of mathematicians and analysts, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages continuous learning and development.
Mathematical Assessment:

- Evaluate mathematical algorithms in gaming products to ensure fairness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement comprehensive testing plans for mathematical models.
Collaboration:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including game developers, quality assurance teams, and regulatory affairs, to integrate mathematical testing seamlessly into the game development life cycle.
Industry Trends and Research:

- Implement best practices and ensure that our testing methodologies remain cutting-edge.
Documentation and Reporting:

- Ensure that all mathematical testing processes are well-documented and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS
- B.A. or Masters in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience with programming language such as C++, C#, or Java.
- Experience with Windows, Unix, and Linux operating systems.
- Extensive experience in mathematical testing within the gaming industry.
- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of successfully managing teams.
- In-depth knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
