Travis Foley

Travis Foley became the Chief Government and Regulatory Officer for BMM Testlabs in January 2024 to oversee the Company’s global quality accreditation, technical compliance, adoption of new technical standards and tools, and regulator relationships.

Before that, he served for 12 years as the Executive Vice President, BMM North America, where he had oversight of BMM North America’s operations, including business development, service delivery, regulatory and technical compliance, service delivery, and quality assurance.

Before joining BMM, Foley served 13 years with the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB), ending his tenure there as the Chief, Technology Division. While at the NGCB, he was involved in the creation of regulations and standards for new technologies such as service-based, system-supported, and mobile gaming.

Foley serves on the Board of Trustees of the International Association of Gaming Advisors (IAGA).

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno.
